Hi,

I asked this before but no one piped up, so I'm just checking again: I can successfully plot statistical overlays onto images, and change the color coding to display where values are higher or lower, etc.  But is there a way to add a color bar scale (that shows what values of the overlay correspond to what colors on the colormap of the overlay) to these overlay images?  We'd like to be able to add ones for particular colormaps, so that people can more easily identify what "red" or "yellow" mean with respect to the overlay values.  Is there such an option?

Thanks for any suggestions!

-Tom

Hi Tom,

There isn't such an option now, but it is on my list of things to add to the Qt-based 3.0 version that is under development. For the time being, you could use Matlab to generate some colorbars for a figure. The 'hot' and 'jet' colormaps in SNAP are almost identical to MATLAB's.

Paul.
