Bounding box

Hi,

I have paired CT and MR images aligned, and they look like this:

(aligned on femur, pls ignore AX reformat of MRI)

I would like to set the bounding box of the CT to match that of the MR, so I did

c3d MRI.nii CT.nii -o CT_newBB.nii

and I ended up with this:

(It also looks like there's some scaling issues, too)

Does anyone have an idea of how can I get the bounding box to work properly?
