Hi,
I’m using ITK-SNAP version 4.2.0 for manual annotation of CT data. Whenever I try to change the label editor or delete a label, ITK-SNAP crashes, forcing me to redo everything if I haven’t saved my work. Is there a way to resolve this issue?

Hi,

Does it happen whenever you delete a label, or just in some specific scenarios, such as only for certain labels? If it only happens for a specific scenario, can you give some instructions to reproduce the problem?

Also, what's your operating system?

Thanks,
Jilei

Hi,

Yes, it happens whenever I try to delete an existing label and change the label color. I’m using a 64-bit Windows OS. For example, in lumen segmentation, I first draw the boundary, slice the lumen, and interpolate to create the lumen. Once interpolation is done, I try to delete the boundary and annotate the calcified plaque with another existing label (e.g., label 3), which is usually blue, but I use pink. When I try to change the label color, the window automatically closes, and I have to redo everything if I haven’t saved.

Sorry I'm still not able to recreate your issue on my end (Windows 11 64-bit) . Can you confirm the version showing up on the ITK-SNAP side panel is 4.2.0? And what's your OS version?

If possible, can you upload a sample image, or a screen recording for troubleshooting?

Thanks,
Jilei
