I have a series of MRI images with a resolution of 0.48 * 0.48 mm and
intersplice resolution of 1mm. I stack the images and convert it to vtk
format using the compiled itk code. The image when loaded in itk-snap
takes the dimenasions as 1*1*1. I tried, but unable to find a method to
change the dimensions to 0.48 * 0.48 * 1. I would be very glad if
someone can help me out.
I know that there is a method of rescaling the vtk image using
interpolation method but I dont want to rescale. I want to edit the
voxel spacing while displaying the image.
Thank you in advance.
Happy New Year to all.
Prasanna Ganapa.
With Regards,
PG.
