ITK SNAP cannot open mhd fromat

Hi
I am new to ITK SNAP I really appreciate if anyone can help me with the following error when i want to import CT image which is in mhd format.

There are some .mhd files on the download area of itksnap.org. Please verify that you are able to open those. If so, then there might be something about this particular file. If so, please share the file with me and I will see what's the problem

I find many image data in the website ( nii.gz, mha ,.. ) but i did not find any mhd format. i downloaded the image data from the following link

Sorry, I had the mha and mhd formats mixed up.

Could you please send me an example .mhd file that you are having trouble opening so I can test it out?
