itk : SurfaceExtraction

Hi,

 I'm trying to use SurfaceExtraction under itk; 

So, in InsightToolkit-4.13.0/Examples/ 

after compiling the code source file.

~/InsightToolkit-4/Examples/build/Filtering/$ ./SurfaceExtraction volume.mha 0.5

Nodes = 2522576
Cells = 4324384

I understand that in itk, there is no possibility to visualize, not like vtk

My question : How can I generate indices and points of the mesh, using only itk ?
