After 'segment 3D’ of functional format converted data,the time points change

Dear itk snap users,

Hi everyone! I have met a problem,after using "segment 3D" to segment the non-brain tissue of rat brain,the time points of functional image change(from 180 time points to only 1 time points).how to solve this problem? Thanks for your kind help!
