Request: Scales bar option for images and snapshots.

Dear Developers,

I have been using ITK-snap for segmenting ROIs in neurological qMRI.

In order to than add an intensity scale bar to my snapshots I need to use external software like ImageJ.

It would be great to have a togglable scalebar that can be added/removed in the snapshots, in order to keep the whole analysis within ITK-SNAP.
