Hello,

For my research project, I need to mesure muscle volume of the quadriceps. I have IRM of my subject and I use ITK-SNAP to segment these medical images.
But, when I want to save my manual segmentation, there is no saving at all. Only a new file in my recent file folder that I can't open.
I made two screenshot of my problem.
How can I do to resolve this problem and to be able to save my work ?

Thank you for your help,
Sincerely,
Julien ROSSATO

To open the segmentation, drag-drop it into a viewer, such as ITK-SNAP. Also you can change its association so ITK-SNAP opens it instead of WinRAR (or whatever icon it has now), so double-clicking open it in ITK-SNAP too.

Hello,

I resolved alone the problem. The bug came from accent within the name of folder of the path probably because there is no accent in english. Everything works perfectly when the path is free from any accent.

Hi Julien

Unfortunately, this (non-ASCII characters in filenames) seems to be a problem with the ITK Image IO libraries. @Dzenan Zukic do you know if this is something that has been addressed in the more recent versions of ITK or there are plans to address it?

Thanks!
Paul
