Hi all,
I have been using ITK-SNAP for a long while and it is amazing. When using ITK-SNAP for opening PET images I see the the image is not visible(Auto Contrasting helped me). I was curious about how this Auto button works. It would be helpful if someone could explain it to me(the algorithm used) because I am not able to comprehend the c++ code. Could your share the code where this happens(github link). All links are appreciated.
