Dear ITK-SNAP users,
The next release of ITK-SNAP is available for download at
http://itksnap.org/download/snap. We've squeezed a couple of new features into the 1.6 release that I hope many of you will enjoy:
The most significant is the introduction of cursor linking across SNAP sessions running on the same machine. This is useful when you are working with multi-modality data or with results of registration algorithms. Try it out by opening two SNAP sessions at once, and moving the cursor in one of the windows. You can disable this feature in a session by deselecting the cursor synchronization checkbox on the main control panel.
Another feature is automatic intensity window adjustment based on the image histogram. This feature is accessed thought the "Options->Image Contrast..." menu, and pressing the "Auto" button on the dialog window that comes up.
We also fixed a couple of bugs with the undo feature added in release candidate 1.
Enjoy!
Paul.
