ITK-SNAP release 4.0.1

Dear Users,

ITK-SNAP 4.0.1 has been released and is now available for download. 

What's new:

• Bug fixes
  • The reslice feature in the registration panel now correctly reslices 4D images to 4D instead of 3D
  • The reorient dialog now displays consistent 3D view for some of the RAI code
  • The interpolation dialog now displays correct options when opened for the first time
