Dear ITK-SNAP Users,

On the behalf of our growing team, I would like to invite you to try the newly released Version 3.2 of ITK-SNAP. Earlier this year, we released Version 3.0, which brought a completely reengineered user interface and support for multi-modality segmentation. The current 3.2 release adds several new features, including supervised classification, a powerful tool for semi-automatic segmentation of anatomical structures and pathology. It also introduces a large number of bug fixes and usability improvements.

Alongside with the new release, we have put on our website video from a full-day training course on ITK-SNAP 3.2. These videos are a great opportunity to learn the tool in depth. We have also provided a quick transition guide for Version 2 users.

Please go to our download page to obtain the software. While there, consider downloading and trying out Convert3D, a companion tool that provides a rich set of image processing functionality through an efficient command-line interface. We recently developed a graphical user interface for Convert3D, making it easier to use on Windows and MacOS platforms.

We hope you enjoy the new version!
