The benefits we offer are -
SL can offer you a fixed salary with 2 weeks paid vacation on W2 OR a
hourly employee on 1099 OR a percentage split on the hourly rate.
Sponsorship for the Green Card is available for employees who complete
six months employment with ZSL
ZSL provides total Health Insurance coverage for Employees, their
spouse and children with an affordable premium
ZSL provides Dental and Vision Insurance coverage for Employees and
their Family members with an affordable premium
Salary is paid on a bi-weekly basis.
If a candidate is placed at some client site, then the company provides
the relocation expense up to a limit
Employees will be entitled to receive a cash award (Referral payment)
for identifying right IT professionals.
ZSL provides first 2 weeks full pay and second 2 weeks half pay along
with full insurance coverage for the month and lodging facilities in
Guesthouse to enable the candidates to report to our NJ office during
the in-between projects period.
