We are looking for a strong, long-term internal hire that will augment
our technical team. The candidate needs to be very strong in the
following areas:

- Application Design & Development
- Ability to manage teams of developers
- Knoweldge of J2EE and .NET

Description:
We are looking for a strong, long-term internal hire that will augment
our technical team. The candidate needs to be very strong in the
following areas:

- Application Design & Development
- Ability to manage teams of developers
- Knoweldge of J2EE and .NET

Additionally, we would like them to come from a consulting environment
so they are comfortable with the type of client development work that
we engage in.


Design and Development
- Work with the Project Manager to develop project plans, specify
goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks,
contingency plans, and allocation of available resources.
- Formulates and defines technical scope and objectives of project.
- Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks.
- Coordinates recruitment or assignment of project personnel.
- Assigns duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority to project personnel.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and
resolve problems.
- Monitors project results against technical specifications.
- Develops and maintains technical and project documentation.
- Assists QA in developing quality assurance test plans.
- Participate in gathering requirements and analysis of the project,
leading it if necessary.
- Participate in the design and modeling of systems
- Insures that source code control is used properly for the project

Sales Support
- Collaborate with Development Manager to produce cost/resource
estimates for new projects.
- When schedule permits, accompany Sales personnel to requirements
gathering meetings.
