Minimum requirements are:
4-6 years Java programming experience on enterprise class applications.
2-3 years J2EE development experience.
2-3 years IBM WebSphere experience.

Preferred experience would be:
6-8 years Java programming experience on enterprise class applications.
4-5 years J2EE development experience.
4-5 years IBM WebSphere experience.
1-2 years IBM Portal experience.
