Role Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and support custom SharePoint solutions. The role involves deep expertise in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), integrations, server administration, and collaboration with offshore teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions based on business requirements.
• Create, configure, and manage:

• SharePoint Sites
• Lists & Libraries
• Workflows
• Web Parts

• Develop custom forms and templates.
• Integrate SharePoint files and folders with third-party applications and APIs.
• Implement and manage SharePoint security, permissions, and access controls.
• Monitor SharePoint performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure platform stability.
• Configure and manage SharePoint Server services, including:

• Central Administration (CA)
• App Services
• Index
• WFEs
• Search
• Caching & Crawling

• Work closely with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
• Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end SharePoint components with server-side technologies.
• Provide technical support and guidance to SharePoint users.
• Participate in testing, validation, and release activities.
• Document designs, configurations, and code throughout the development lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience designing and developing custom SharePoint solutions.
• Expertise in:

• SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• API consumption and integration with SharePoint

• Strong knowledge of:

• PowerShell
• Node.js

• Experience with:

• Custom forms, templates, workflows, and web parts
• SharePoint security and access control models
• SharePoint performance monitoring and troubleshooting

• Proven ability to work and collaborate with offshore teams (India) and business stakeholders.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Roles & Delivery Expectations

• Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure alignment with business and quality standards.
• Coordinate with offshore teams, manage assigned tasks, and take ownership of deliverables.
• Track tasks, risks, and issues; report status to management as required.
• Proactively monitor issues and drive them to resolution.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices and documentation standards.

Nice to Have

• Experience in ITAR-regulated environments.
• Exposure to modern UI frameworks integrated with SharePoint.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise-scale SharePoint platforms.
