Temip Requirement with Ericsson in Gurgaon

Hi,

We have the immediate position for temip consultant in with Ericsson
in Gurgaon(Delhi-NCR, India)
The details are as follows :

• Overall Responsibility: Own the complete responsibility of the TeMIP
for the Fault Management of Core and Radio Networks from R-NOC, being
a part of R-NOC Support Team.
• Service: Ensure the availability and smooth running of the Fault
Management Service of TeMIP.
• Monitoring Requirements: Ensure timely completion of new monitoring
requirements or modifications of the existing monitoring conditions at
TeMIP as may be required by NOC - Front Office and Back Office Teams,
along with adequate approval from Head, R-NOC.
• Capacity Planning: Monitor and get implemented the changing
requirements of the TeMIP Application and highlight the need for
expansions in time.
• Maintenance: Maintain the TeMIP Application completely along with
records of the same by doing System Health Checkups, taking Backups
etc.
• Users Training: Ensure that the trainings related to the application
is given to each and every user so as the application is used to its
true potential.
• Application Usage: Check for the misuse of the application and
report the same to the Head: R-NOC, if any.
• Reviews: Ensure regular review meetings are held with the users
(representatives) and take necessary actions, as and when required.
• Maintenance of Agreements: Ensure that all AMC, Security Agreements,
SLA/WLA, support processes and Licenses etc. are maintained and are
processes in the due time frames, if required.
• Security Aspect: Ensure that users are using the application in
accordance with the security requirements like restricted access,
user's right management and maintaining a user record.
• Malicious Software: Ensure that the application, whether the
hardware or software are free from any malicious attack and maintain a
template for recording any possible attack.
• Security Directives: Ensure that all the security aspects have been
implemented at the TeMIP System in accordance with security and risk
management directives.
• Security Incidence reporting: Ensure that all important security
related incidents are reported to the security manager and/or to other
teams concerned and if and when required, escalated to senior
management.













You have a broad knowledge within telecom and datacom, covering
hardware, software and network knowledge. You enjoy working with
people from around the world and across various disciplines. You are
self-motivated, with the drive to solve problems and expand your
knowledge.

You should also have
• A Bachelor of Science in IT, telecom or equivalent, plus at least
five years of telecommunications experience
• Experience with managed operations
• Good written and spoken English
