New Delhi Startup looking for Technical Head

We are a new startup, based out of Delhi, looking for a person who has
a solid technical background. Should be willing to work in a multi-
disciplinary environment and should not hesistate to coding if needed.
The candidate will be a key person in the company.

Responsibilities include -
Writing proposals/EOI, making presentations
Lead the project right from the scratch, following the SDLC
Help to augment the team
Be a visionary, should be able to think-out the box

Requirements -
Expertise with J2EE, Java, Apache / Websphere / Weblogic / Sap
netweaver
Experience with Microsoft Technologies - Dotnet, Databases such as
Oracle, mySQL
Security - SSL, PKI and both database/LDAP based authentication

Understanding of CASE Tools, RUP models
Experience in ERP / CRM / Banking will be a plus
At least B.E/B.TECH/MCA, 5+ years of experience
