Responsibilities

- Interacting/engaging with the client to understand their requirement and putting together a solution proposal
- Overall Design and Implementation of the project
- Ensure all project artifacts are constructed, compiled, packaged and documented as per company policies=
- Interviewing candidates for appropriate skill set for team expansion

Experience and Qualifications

- Expertise with J2EE, Java, n-tier web architecture and Web Services
- Experience with developing web based J2ME apps
- Experience in developing Banking/Financial domain applications is a plus
- Experience with Databases, Oracle and mySQL
- We need a smart person who can take the lead
