Job Description

Ability to define performance test strategies for medium complex integrated /n tier application architecture
2 + years of proven experience on performance testing using loadrunner,webload etc ,automation tools,and defect management tools using their basic and advanced features
Proven leadership and managerial skills to be involved in estimation and planning of testing tasks
Work independently on the planning and execution of performance testing efforts and giving oversight across all the phases of STLC and manage a track of work with 4-7 people.
Full time bachelor/master degree is must
