Vol 1 is mostly complete with the exception of the Required Actor Groupings.  I figure we can cover that once we finalize the actors & transactions. 
There are also a number (5) of open questions listed.

Thanks for sharing this. It looks like this was merged into the VHL master branch, so I'm reacting to the content at https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/smart-health-cards-and-links/links-specification.html

1. I think it is important that we describe how VHL will harmonize with the SMART health links and cards specification, and what value it adds beyond that specification. 
2. Why is the exchange of PKI material a part of this profile specifically? IHE has other profiles (ATNA and those that depend on it) that rely on shared PKI material, so it seems strange that we would specify that in VHL. Does VHL have a unique need here? Should we instead specify those details in ATNA or a dedicated profile?
3. The Verify Document Option does not seem to have a use case listed that implies the need for it.
