II think I have addressed everything. Thus there have been proposed updates to the R4 MHD, and updates to the R5 MHD.  The discussion has us considering accepting the R4 updates as non-substantative, releasable as a patch release. The biggest change here is conversion of some json examples to sushi, so that the R5 change was more easy to do and follow.

Diff between these two is more clear and can be seen at moehrke-r4-clarity...MHD5

Note that the above Diff does seem to show some diff that are not actually there. I don't know if that was just a caching problem for me. Like there is no difference in _build.bat; but it shows one.

Note that the addition of a narrative in the R5 version pointing back to the R4 version causes the IG Publisher to give an error, this because it knows that the target is an IG and it knows that this IG didn't depend on that IG (which we certainly don't want to do). So the best we can do is ignore the warning.

I would like to propose Thursday call we agree:

a. The R4 update can be done as an incremental update

b. The R5 version is good enough for public comment

c. These of course in light of any updates identified that can be made without further review.

The committee reviewed the current branches, and came to the conclusion:

a. The R4 update can be done as an incremental update

b. The R5 version is good enough for public comment

c. These of course in light of any updates identified that can be made without further review.

  1. https://github.com/IHE/ITI.MHD/issues/258 -- fix concept map

  2. https://github.com/IHE/ITI.MHD/issues/257 -- make .basedOn mapping more clear, no use of event.reference, and add a "related" extension to be used for all others.

  3. https://github.com/IHE/ITI.MHD/issues/255 -- will NOT fix. Spencer will start a CP to make this change to both R4 and R5 publications using CP as it is a breaking change.

  4. note to clarify recommendation for R4 -- edited on the call

  5. update change log for both

d. Committee agrees that, going forward, any changes made to the MHD R4 (master) will be made to the MHD5 branch; with both being published synchronized.

John will interact with Mary to get the publications of both done.
