Are there NIST/Gazelle tools to transform between XD* metadata and MHD bundle?

I was wondering if there were any public transforms that are available to use for actors that support one spec but not the other.

I'm not aware of any NIST/Gazelle tools to automatically transform.

I know of the IPF Open eHealth Integration Platform, see here https://oehf.github.io/ipf
we based the MHD XDS and back transforms on that solution with the mobile access gateway but adapted
it to our swiss specific requirements:

Conversion from XDS to MHD is implemented in https://github.com/oehf/xds-registry-to-fhir.
Conversion from MHD to XDS is implemented in the MobileAccessGateway mentioned by Oliver.
