Hi all,

As a follow up action, we created a single (merged the original two) profile proposal of the de-id handbook, and sent it to you through another independent email thread. However, I noticed that many of you in this email thread were not being included in the previous one. So, I am sending the document here to you one more time. 

Note, attached is a new version of the single profile proposal, because I have already received some feedback and updated the proposal accordingly.
