REQ: ITIL PROCESS MANAGER
Location: NJ (Face to Face interview must)
Duration: 6 months

Experience
Seasoned IT Manager with extensive experience in IT Governance
and
implementing ITIL
Specific ITIL Strength in Capacity Management
Project Management experience with demonstrated ability to lead
a
team of IT professionals against prescribed deadlines in a fast
paced
and deadline driven environment
Hands on experience with Process Re-Engineering (developing
process
flow and procedure map development will be a significant part of
this
position)
Hands on experience in managing an offshore vendor against
defined
Service Level Agreements
Hands on experience in setting up and managing IT performance
against
prescribed performance metric targets
Hands on experience in call center operations and software
development
Hands on experience with presenting in front of and/or training
groups of people such as business users, technical resources,
onsite
and offshore vendor resources, mid-level to senior management
The years experience should be about 7 to 10 years.

Skill Requirements
ITIL v2 or v3 certified (at least Foundations certification)
Ability to analyze data and conduct in-depth interviews with
subject
matter experts to understand their current business/operational
processes and procedures, conduct gap analysis and implement
ITIL
best practices
Ability to document business process flows and procedure maps
using
Visio and Excel
Ability to create training materials, such as standard operating
procedures (SOPs) for new and existing SDLC tools and templates
(business requirements, functional and non-functional
requirements,
Test Cases, and Detailed Design Specification)
Outstanding communication skills required to effectively
communicate,
collaborate and gain consensus from project stakeholders
Extensive written, oral, and interpersonal communication
abilities
Detailed oriented with excellent organization skills
Competent in the following technologies:
o Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio)
o Microsoft Project
o Sharepoint s Content Management System
