Analyst Systems ITIL / Bank (Buenos Aires, Argentina)

We are selecting Analyst Systems / ITIL to work in Buenos Aires
Capital. (near Puerto Madero)

Our client has business operations in the top 10 markets and is
considered one of the 15 largest banks in the world.

Features:
• Evaluate changes in the production environment, analyzing content,
approving or rejecting them.
• Identify and evaluate repetitive incidents of medium and high
criticality
• Establish synergy with members of the Technology Operations Control
Area (suppliers, IT Services, CSA and internal units of the bank)
• Maintain ongoing communication between the different management of
technology related to the team.
• Design and present reports available for delivery to customers.

Requirements:
• Domain fluent Spanish
• Experience from two years in large companies.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL framework (essential), easily driving
standards and best business practices in IT management
• Experience evaluating and resolving problems / incidents
effectively
Knowledge of monitoring tools and IT infrastructure management: SCOM,
Tivoli, or similar Tsoft
• Experience with dealing with technology providers
• Ability to design and make technical presentations to management
positions.
• Excellent willingness to face challenges in their workplace.
• Willingness to accept a job change at short notice.

Willingness to change residence to Argentina immediately (the
candidate must be resident in that country)
