Position    :  Lead BI Consultant - Tableau Admin

Location   :  Owings Mills, MD

Job Description:       

 

Required Skills : 

Tableau, Alteryx, SQL 

 

Requirements: 

• Must have at least 5 years of Tableau/Alteryx Server administration both on Linux and Windows 
• site administration, 
• security maintenance, 
• reporting. 
• Should be able to design, implement, and upgrade the Alteryx and Tableau environments. 
• 5+ years of writing complex SQL queries 
• 2+ years of experience using data integration tools like Alteryx and Tableau 
• Should be able to build comprehensive dashboards and reports using Tableau Desktop 
• Proven ability to champion business intelligence principles with business owners, data analysts and DBAs 
• Strong troubleshooting skills 
• Strong shell scripting skills 
• Experience with AWS is a plus 
• Experience in data warehouse design and testing, including data design, database architecture, metadata, and repository creation. 
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and delivery teams to ensure business intelligence platform success. 
• Excellent understanding of Active Directory, DNS, Load Balancer etc. 
• Should Seek continuous improvement in performance of data warehouse and ensure security of data. 
• Should be able to works with minimal supervision with wide latitude for independent judgment in a multi-cultured, multi-vendor environment.
