Please accept this request to resurrect CP-ITI-1150. I have attached an updated version with proposed text against the current technical framework (revision 17).

Hello,

When handling this request, please have a look at CP-1254 which also requests a clarification on dates handling.

Btw I am in favor of considering lowerBound <= date < upperBound which is what I think is normally implemented...
