Toacquire this achievement, Corvo Attano must eliminate Morgan Pendleton with steam during the mission House of Pleasure. However, Morgan's location is dynamic, meaning he can appear in different rooms within the Golden Cat. If this is the case, Corvo can render Morgan unconscious and move his body to the steam room, and then kill him from there to unlock the achievement.

One of the Pendeltons might already be in the steam room. If neither of them are, you can use sleeping darts or choke them to make them unconcious, then carry them into the steamroom. Go to the caged door at the bottom of the stairs.
