Position/Job Responsibilities:
Where are you in the Workday implementation? We are in live production of the system for Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, Talent and Payroll; however, we implemented in a very condensed timeline.
Day to day-what will the person be doing? Changes to Business Processes, Creating Reports, Helping with trouble shooting problems, Security Configurations and possibly Integrations.
Will you allow any remote options or is this onsite 5 days/week? Would start onsite and progress to 1 or 2 days remote once they are settled in.
Who else would the person be working with? Under the guidance of HR Systems, they would work with HR Operations Admin Team and possibly other SMEs in HR and Payroll.
Is Workday assisting w/ the implementation or do you have another vendor involved? Implementation is done, we are working with One Source Virtual for additional support.
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a technical role that requires the combined skill sets of an HR Analyst, a Business Analyst and a Program/Database Developer. The position will partner with the HR team, vendors and other internal customers to analyze and develop solutions to improve processes, ensure the integrity of Radian employee information, and maximize the return on technological capabilities.
The incumbent will create solutions using a combination of development tools such as SQL, MS Access, Cognos Reporting, etc to ensure employee information is available wherever it is needed in the organization. The position maintains project plans, ensures adherence to schedules/deadlines, and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities.
This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of HR and HRIS processes as well as a strong background in information technology design and development, and will serve as a technical point-of-contact for functional area. Assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.
The Senior HRIS Analyst also supports HRMS upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.
