Position: Drools and Java Spring Developer
Location: Chattanooga, TN
Duration: 6+ Months
Position Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Mandatory:
- Design and develop applications using Drools and Java Spring
- Experience in debugging and testing
- Ability to communicate and translate business needs into solutions; to communicate orally and in writing; to communicate effectively with developers, DBAs, information security, business analysts, project managers and different business areas; to provide training on new design, development, testing techniques and solving problems; and to establish and maintain an efficient delivery environment.
- Experience with Test Driven Development [TDD] and Behavioural Driven Development [BDD], Specification by example (SBE)
- Nice to have Healthcare knowledge
- Should have good communication skills. Team Oriented and can work independently.
- Should have good written and oral communication skills. Documenting the design specs, unit test results etc.
- Experience in Architecting proactive solutions, supporting clients with value-adds.
- Responsible for leading the teams end-to-end.
- Experience in using continuous integration using tools such as Jenkins & GIT to source control test assets and execute test runs
Standard Requirements:
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Agile experience – at least 2+ years
- Forward thinking, independent, creative, self-sufficient and go-getter; who can work with less documentation, has exposure testing complex multi-tiered integrated applications.
Required Qualifications:
Overall 8+ years of J2EE experience and out of which 3 years of DROOLS and Java Spring is Mandatory
Excellent Communication Skills. Test Driven Development [TDD] and Behavioral Driven Development [BDD]
Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage. The candidate should have a deep understanding of SQL’s, database designs and implementation strategies, leveraging Oracle as a data warehouse.
Primary Skillset:
Java J2EE, Drools/BRMS, Java Spring, Oracle, SQL. Nice to have - Healthcare experience, Maven, GIT/SVN, Jenkins, Udeploy, Eclipse based IDE with Plugins, Rally.
