Christopher Dennis launched a canoe at dawn on Cayuga Lake five days ago, and has not been seen since, despite an intensive search for him.  There is no more hope of finding him alive.

To celebrate his life, we are having an informal memorial gathering for him tomorrow.

Time: 5 pm, Monday, May 26, 2013

Place: North Point Pavilion at Taughannock Park

Dress: Casual

 

Everyone is welcome.  Please bring a dish-to-pass, and be prepared to share your memories of Chris.

P.S. Coming from the south on Rte 89, pass the main park entrance, cross the bridge, and take your first right.  (The park authorities are waiving the entrance fee to this part of the park from 4:30pm onwards.)
