It would be a permanent position with Virtela Designation: Information Security Compliance Manager Experience: 8+ years JOB DESCRIPTION The candidate should have implemented ISMS from scratch in atleast 3 - 4 projects. JD: 1. PRE-REQUISITE: · In-depth knowledge of Network Security technology in areas of Firwall, IPS, VPN, Gateway security solutions and Vulnerability Assessment · Should have hands-on experience and in-depth knowledge of implementing International security standards and controls Analytical thinker willing to "think outside the box" to resolve customer impacting situations on first contact; understand customer pain. · Flexible person with the ability to manage stressful situations and adapt to rapidly changing environments and requirements. · Creative, flexible thinker who is willing to take initiative and share alternative solutions with peers and management. · Self-starter and ability to deliver under defined time lines 2. RESPONSIBILITIES: Audit and Compliance · Drive the ISO27K certification end to end for the organization across multiple global delivery centers · Build Implement information system security controls ,policies and procedures · Leads or commissions information security risk assessments and controls selection activities · Build a Information Security Forum and Spread ISMS awareness in the organization · Liason with ISO external consultancy/certifying body · Regular Internal Audit of ISO activities · Leads or commissions activities relating to contingency planning, business continuity management and IT disaster recovery in conjunction with relevant functions and third parties Threat and Vulnerability Assessment Conduct Threat and Vulnerability Assessment of current support security devices (VAPT) Keep track of new vulnerabilities and treats related to the client environment Analyze reports and suggest corrective action Review and plan code version upgrade requirements of support security devices Does forensics analysis on possible intrusions 3. TRAINING AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED ISO27001 LA / CISSP / CISA / CEH /CISM CCNA,CCSA/SE,CCSP,JNCIS-SEC,JNCIS-FWV,JNCIS-SSL,CEH certifications preferred 4. EXPERIENCE: 8+ years in IT Security / Information System Security At least 5 years of experience in information security management and/or related functions (such as IT audit and IT Risk Management) Network Security (multi-vendor) experience.
