1. Employee Data Management ; Data Simple
* Responsibilities - handle functional mailboxes, process requests as
per the payroll cut-off calendar in Peoplesoft, SLA conformance, interact
with clients when needed, conduct RCA's, respond to client queries,
understand client requirements, adherence to internal team activities,
strive for zero follow-up from clients , customer centric behavior and
service mindset understanding and compliance
* Skill sets required - EDM operations experience
* Experience - 1-2 yrs of Operations exp, exposure to HR function
desirable in any capacity
* Educational qualifications - Graduation with at least 1- 2 years of
experience
Common requirements
* BPSC & TCS understanding - preferable
* BPO1 / 2 - data simple & data medium - 2
* Rating 3 for H1, H2, & H1 2010-11

2. Payroll processing; Data Simple / Data Medium
* Responsibilities - Process payroll related activities, handle
functional mailboxes, process requests in PeopleSoft 9.1, OLA conformance,
interact with clients as and when needed, conduct RCA's, respond to client
queries, understand client requirements, adherence to internal team
activities, strive for zero follow-up from clients , customer centric
behaviour and service mind-set understanding and compliance
* Skill sets required - Payroll / EDM operations experience - India
experience preferred
* Experience - 1-2 yrs of Operations exp, exposure to HR function
desirable in any capacity
* Educational qualifications - Graduation with at least 2 years of
experience

4. Change Management - Managers
a. Do not want change co-ordinators
b. Want Change Managers
c. They would primarily understand ITIL framework. Also attend client
meetings/make presentations on change,
d. Worked with client to understand gap and document requirements for
Systems Releases and Change Management, Developed work flow of Release and
Change Management procedures.
e. Integrated Release and Change Management procedures with various
project work streams related to the development of a new system along with
Operational procedures after the system implementation
f. Developed and presented recommendation, explaining and clarifying
results.
g. Track and monitor changes and projects through the ITIL Change
Management lifecycle.
In the above mentioned positions the 4th one of change managers is urgent.
