2020 Conference Registration and Board Nominations

We are getting close to our annual conference and first ever virtual conference.

1. Attached is the schedule of presentation to help get you and your colleagues excited about what we have this year.  Notice the plenary speaker times and the RAFFLE times - you don't want to miss.

2. Please remember to register for the conference www.itesol.org. We have such a low price point this year, $30, so be sure to invite your colleagues and spread the word. The full conference program will be posted soon.  We will be sending out information for how to access the conference and presentations next week to registered participants, so you won't want to miss that.

3. In conjunction with our annual conference, we have elections for board members.  First, we need nominations.  The positions up for nomination are: 2nd vice president (with a 4 year commitment), program and newsletter chair, display chair, sociopolitical advocacy rep for both Utah and Idaho, and member-at-large for both Utah and Idaho.  You can nominate yourself or someone else.  I will then reach out to them before putting them on the ballot.  Please send nominations and contact info to Karen...@utah.edu by Monday, Oct 5th 5pm.

4. We are still looking for host volunteers for our conference sessions - either afternoon or morning for both Friday and Saturday.  Please email maria...@slcc.edu if you are available to help with that.  We will be sending out info and giving a short training to help you withyour duties. Good internet for hosts is a huge plus.
