It is not possible to move panes with the mouse when title bar visibility
is disabled. Suggest the existing Cmd + drag handler (used for dragging
file URLs out of a pane) is extended so that Cmd + drag on the pane
background initiates the same action as dragging a pane's titlebar.

cmd-opt-shift drag will do that. Cmd-drag is used for creating multiple
discontinuous selections (in the nightly build)
