In application key mode and alternate screen, optionally send arrow keys on
scroll wheel. See MouseTerm source, esp. the scroll wheel callback. Also
see thread "scrolling less output" on iterm2-discuss.

The pull request was merged. It adds the hidden setting
AlternateMouseScroll to enable this mode.
