What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open iTerm2 shell window
2. resize it
3. notice that while resizing, the current window dimensions are not
displayed in the window title
4. notice that when releasing the mouse button to end the resize, the
dimensions are displayed in the window title but only for a split second

What is the expected output?
The current window dimensions should be updated in the window title during
the resize operation.

What do you see instead?
The current window dimensions are not updated in the window title during
the resize operation.

What version of iTerm2 are you using?
1.0.0.20131228

What OS version are you using?
OS X 10.8.5

Please provide any additional information below.
I believe this worked in a recent build of iTerm2.

I confirmed this is also broken in iTerm2 version 1.0.0.20131228 running on
OS X 10.9.1.

Was there a regression? I don't see the dimensions while resizing with a
build from the latest source.

Yeah this is still a problem. It's fixed in the build mentioned above, but
has been broken for me since late december in nightly builds.
