How to set a shortcut key to broadcast input to all panes with some text ?

Currently, If we press Cmd + Opt + I, it lets us broadcast input to all panes in current tab. 

I want to define a shortcut key which will enable broadcast input and also send text "test_command" to all the panes simultaneously.

Is there any way to achieve this ?

No, you can't have one shortcut key do two different things currently. Applescript might be the best answer here, depending on what you're trying to do.
