Im trying to setup iterm2 tmux integration with AWS session manager to make my life a bit easier and im getting a failure.

The command im using is

```
aws ssm start-session --document-name AWS-StartInteractiveCommand --parameters '{"command": ["tmux -CC new -A -s mike"]}' --target i-1234
```

but tmux then fails with

```
Starting session with SessionId: mike-1209kd019k
** tmux mode started **
Command Menu
----------------------------
esc    Detach cleanly.
  X    Force-quit tmux mode.
  L    Toggle logging.
  C    Run tmux command.
Unrecognized command from tmux. Did your ssh session die? The command was:
show -v -q -t $0 @iterm2_size
Detached
%begin 1684148958 2
%end 1684148958 2
```

I've tried googling about it but im not able to find any matches.

Im using iterm2 `Build 3.4.19` and `tmux 1.8` although i've tried with latest tmux as well without any luck

Thanks
Mike

It looks like I must have broken tmux 1.8 support. Do you get better results with the current beta of iTerm2?
