iterm2 and openAI error: Error from OpenAI: HTTP request failed with status 404

I am using the iTerm2 AI plugin and have connected the ChatGPT plugin. I also purchased the GPT-4 membership for $20 per month, which allows me to use GPT-4. I have obtained my OpenAI API key, but when using the iTerm2 AI plugin, I receive an error stating that it cannot be used. I referred to some documentation, such as https://flyeric.top/archives/iterm2-with-ai#, but I am unable to get it to work successfully.

Could it be that you need to use the following API URL?

https://api.openai.com/v1/chat/completions

(As taken from https://platform.openai.com/docs/api-reference/making-requests)

I can’t seem to reproduce the issue. I did make some fixes recently for o1, so do try the current nightly build. If that doesn't fix it, please file an issue and attach a debug log. Make sure to erase your key from the log if it is in there.

Here is some information about my computer: macOS 14.6 Beta (23G5052d), 2.3 GHz 8-core Intel Core i9.
I downloaded two versions of iTerm2: Build 3.5.10 and Build 3.5.20241219-nightly.

After that, I enabled Toggle Debug Logging, executed the command:
log show --predicate 'process == "iTerm2"' --info --debug > iTerm2_debug_log.txt

Then I tried using the AI feature, but it was not successful.

The file iTerm2_debug_log.txt contains logs of my actions, but I’m not sure if it is the relevant debug file. Could you please help me analyze it?

If possible, could you remotely control my computer and help me fix the issue?
