3.5.0 password trigger does not select default account anymore

I've just upgraded to 3.5.0, and noticed that Password trigger does not select the default account, as configured in the trigger, anymore.   This happens at least the first time the trigger fires in a new window.   This used to work in previous iTerm version (3.4.latest).   See screenshot - it is supposed to auto-select the 2nd entry (starting with "I")

Does the trigger config still look correct? Are you using the 1password or LastPass integration? If you make a debug log, do you see openPasswordManagerToAccountName in the log anywhere?

Commit 2bcaab48779fa91f19651ae30ab4f0b4c93567ec adds more debug logging for this problem. Grab tomorrow’s nightly build, make a debug log that reproduces the issue, and then search the debug log for PasswordManagerWindowController. That’ll reveal more about what the issue is.
