Cursor speed

Hi,

Is it possible somehow modify cursor speed? I am working on Mac OS X and with some Linux machines with Gnome Terminal, which has faster cursor moving speed. And I liked that very much. Would it be possible to get option in iTerm2 for speed of cursor?

Faster cursor speed just for iterm? I would guess that is tricky, but try this:

I'm disinclined to add this to iTerm2 if there is already a system-wide solution. Imagine the confusion it would cause! And we'd have to deal with third party IMEs, and the bugs associated with doing something so unorthodox, etc.
