windows resize when restored after upgrades?

This is pretty minor, but I've noticed after upgrades that when windows are restored, the window dimensions are often increased y either one row or one column. Not a big deal, but it would be nice if this were fixed so the restored windows didn't have to be manually resized after each upgrade. I'm running the nightly builds.
