Automatically entering visual mode in vim when mouse select

There is one problem annoying me recently. When I open a file with vi , and try to select text with mouse, It enters visual mode. 

And "copy to pasteboard on selection" does not work.

How can I recover my setting.

Mac OS X 10.12.5/ iTerm2 Build 3.0.15

Sounds like mouse reporting is on. You can hold down Option to turn it off temporarily. In vim, you can run this command to disable it:

:set mouse=

Or you can turn it off permanently in iTerm2 by turning off Prefs > Profiles > Terminal > Enable mouse reporting.
