I have multiple profiles and want each profile to open split panes when loaded but I can't seem to find a way to achieve this.

I realise i can manually split once the profile is loaded but seems strange that there isn't the option to open multiple panes on profile load.

Any advice on how to achieve this if i have missed it would be gratefully received.

I open iterm2, then click on Shell / split vertically, and then it prompts me for a profile, repeat until I have the 4 sessions I need, then delete the default 1 I don't need.
Then I click on Shell / broadcast input to all tabs

HOWEVER, I'm looking for a better solution similar to what I think you want.
I would like a profile that opens 4 ssh sessions (same username, just different servers) in different tabs, and sets it to broadcast input.

I havent figured it out either.

Check this out:

My version is more like, set it up how you want, hit Command Shift S (sorry, using a windows keyboard, but you can read the link above)

Got to iTerm2 / Preferences / Arrangements and click on the new one you just made
