Hi, I'm on a corporate device and so am unable to download the python runtime via iTerm, I get a 403. Was wondering if I could get the link to the resource so I could install it manually? We have an enterprise browser that is more lax with what we can download.

You can download the current version from this URL:

Once you have it, hold down option and select the menu item Scripts > Manage > Install Already-Downloaded Python Runtime.
