OK must admit I didn't suspect iTerm here, but after this I kinda do :-)
So MacBook Pro... GoldenGate upgrade... recently which might have triggeed this..
What I am seeing is that I cannot ping local IPs on my network.
I use 10.10.10.1/24 locally and have a few VPNs at 10.0.1.0/24 and 10.0.2.0/24 where I don't see this issue...
I basically cannot ping any address on my local network 10.10.10.0/24...
I just get ping: sendto: No route to host...
If I do a sudo to root, it works OK...
If I use MacOS's Terminal (as my own user) it works...
Basically if I use iTerm2 as my logged in user, it does not work..
"traceroute etc.. also doesn't work"
But the network is of cause there, so bit of a strange one?
I don't think I have anything special setup in iTerm2... I have logging to file on my profile, which is just about it (appart from colors...)  I use the default /bin/zsh shell, but as explained bash doesn't make a difference...
I know it's a strange one, but if anyone have any idea as to what can cause this?
I added a picture to illustrate...

Turned out that I had to reboot (logout might have done the same) and when I restarted iterm it prompted me to allow it network access...   strange as it was already set in the security settings... but there you go :-)
