Hi,
I run a multi-window, multi-tab iterm2 setup. Because I have a big, high-res external monitor at my office I move between a single- and a dual-monitor screen setup on my Mac, so I often resize the text in a particular pane when I switch from one setup to the other. This presents two challenges:
1. When you increase the size of the text the size of the window increases to allow for the same number of columns (obviously). This means I lose part of the window when I switch from multi-monitor to single monitor and have to resize the window.
2. When you change the size of the text in one tab the other tabs don't follow suit. Lines (un)wrap automatically in other tabs when you resize the text in the current tab.
Is there a way in iterm2 to "resize text but not window"? I'd be perfectly happy for lines to wrap if needed instead of having the window size increase or decrease.
Cheers,
Sam
